Metamorphosis in the Classroom: A Hands-On Journey to Butterflies

Help me give my students the chance to observe metamorphosis by providing supplies to care for and learn about caterpillars as they transform into butterflies.

My Project

The requested supplies including butterfly habitats, caterpillar food, books, models, and posters, will create an interactive learning environment where students can observe and care for the caterpillars while learning about their life cycle. These materials will provide the support my students need to engage with science concepts and help them develop curiosity and responsibility in a way that speaks directly to their strengths.

My students, who are on the autism spectrum, thrive with hands-on learning experiences, and this project is especially important for them as it will allow them to engage with science in a meaningful way, supporting their unique learning needs and encouraging their natural curiosity.

My students learn best through real-world experiences, and this project will help foster their curiosity and love for science in a way that meets their individual strengths.
