My Project

According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, humans cannot be their best selves if their physiological needs are not met, such as food and feeling safe. As a middle school counselor, students are often coming to me asking for snacks or water because they were rushing out the door in the morning to get to school to learn, or they may not have snacks at home. I do spend quite a bit of money on snacks and water to ensure that all of my students have enough to eat during the day so that they can focus on learning rather than their stomach grumbling.

By donating to this cause, you are providing students with healthy snacks to fuel their brains and help support their ability to succeed in school.
