Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Many students in my classroom have difficulty completing practice assignments at home because of lack of supplies and resources.
My students are my heroes.
Some of my students are battling life-threatening illnesses.
I get all types of critically-ill students during the school year. Sometimes I have students with end-stage renal failure. Sometimes the students have cancer. Sometimes my students have serious depression. All of my students are from low-income households. My students are the most inspiring people I've ever met. My students are brave. I work with students in grades K-12 who have serious medical issues. All of my students come to school ready to learn. It is a joy and a privilege to work with these students. Each day, they try their best in school while battling cancer or waiting for an organ transplant. Sometimes the students have been hit by a car or were in a car accident. Most of the students experience pain on a daily basis.
All of my students are a pleasure to work with. In addition to their serious medical problems, all of my students reside in high poverty neighborhoods.
My Project
Please help me give my students learning materials for home and distance learning. My students need a variety of literacy games, math games, math materials, learning materials, educational games, and hands-on learning materials.
Help me give my students educational games and puzzles that they can use for learning during home school.
They can participate in school and learn with these games, maps, and educational puzzles. We need wipes to clean the games. We need hand sanitizer to use during the games.
My students needs educational games to play. Students can learn from educational puzzles and card games such as "Hasbro Scrabble Slam Card Game, Grammar, Elementary." My students need the "Learning Resources Snap it Up! Card Games, Addition/Subtraction!" This kit contains grade-level reading material that would improve my students' math, reading, and comprehension skills. It also contains hands-on learning materials that make learning exciting!
My students can improve math skills by playing math games.
MONOPOLY: would help meet the educational needs of students.
My students need games that teach them how to read and spell. Scrabble is an excellent game for students.
