It is because of you that my students with great needs benefit from the materials that your funds have provided. As a home teacher who delivers instruction to students in their home, I often work with the most medically fragile students. My students are of mixed abilities, disabilities and needs, including health and physical impairment needs. The books and accompaniments not only brings them access to learning, but also joy. For certain students, their days are impacted by multiple seizures, medications, and discomfort or pain. So needless to say, joy can brighten up their day, even if it's just for some moments. \r\n\r\nMo Willem's stories bring humor while exposing them to learning standards. \r\nBecause of your generosity, I was also able to create a lending library and allow the students to check out books and borrow them so that they can read with their parents or caregivers on their free time. \r\n\r\nYour generosity helped me help them. It makes me feel good to know I helped those with the greatest needs and make a difference in their lives. As a parent, I know that when my child is happy, I am happy. So I know I also impacting my students' parents and caregivers as well. \r\n\r\nThank you so very much, once again, for making a difference in the lives of my students and their families.
