This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every day, my fifth-grade students learn science by asking questions, making observations, and investigating the world around them. During our Matter and Energy unit, students explore the properties of matter by measuring mass and volume, testing density, separating mixtures, and observing physical changes. The materials in this project will provide the tools they need to safely conduct hands-on investigations, collect accurate data, and think like real scientists. With your support, my students will experience engaging, inquiry-based science lessons that build curiosity, critical thinking, and a lasting love of STEM while meeting Texas science standards.
