Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting Mathemagical playing cards to develop students' number sense while playing games. These cards do not have the numbers so that the students can use subitizing and groupatizing. These games and activities will help improve students' math fact fluency and flexibility. The TPT gift card will be used to get materials to practice double digit addition in less traditional ways. These materials will match with activities students are engaging with in the classroom. The "Same But Different Cards" and books will also support the math activities and games we play in class. We need shoe covers to keep our rug clean. These covers allow students to have clean spots when we do whole group activities on the rug.
