Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I’m excited to offer a new way to motivate the students at Toland through math games as prizes for their hard work and progress. These engaging, educational games—whether board games, card games, or digital apps—will make learning math fun and interactive, helping students strengthen their skills while enjoying the process.

The goal is to create a positive and exciting learning environment where students are encouraged to push themselves and take pride in their accomplishments.

These games will be given as rewards to students who demonstrate exceptional effort and growth, making math feel like a rewarding challenge rather than a task.

Beyond classroom learning, these math games will also provide an opportunity for students to bond with their families. By encouraging family game nights, students can share their love for math with parents and siblings, fostering teamwork and quality time at home. This approach will help strengthen family relationships while reinforcing math skills in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
