Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Teaching middle school students to become more self-sufficient and teaching them how to advocate for themselves is important. Having a math classroom where there is a calculator, a pencil, a whiteboard and a marker at the seat of every child is necessary and needed.

Having a space to learn that is organized and has all the supplies needed to be successful is important in a classroom.

As an educator, it is my job to help them grow and learn. In my classroom the students matter and I want them to have a safe and organized space to learn.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
