My Project

I have the honor of teaching incredibly talented and gifted students. My students live and breathe the arts, spending hours mastering instruments, vocals, dance, and drama. However, when they step into math class, they often leave that passion at the door, viewing math as rigid and disconnected from their worlds. Because their days are packed with intense rehearsals and academic demands, they frequently arrive at class either highly stressed or completely drained.

I am requesting a high-quality classroom speaker to bridge the gap between my students' artistic identities and their mathematical education.

Music has a profound ability to shift energy. I plan to use this speaker to play calming, ambient music to lower anxiety or upbeat tracks to re-energize the room. By bringing high-fidelity sound into our room, I can speak my students' native language—music—to make abstract math concepts tangible, engaging, and deeply relevant to their lives.
