Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This school year I am going to have very creative third graders. I know because they were my students during the last school year. They are excellent students, academically and socially. They are a group of students that are eager to learn and enjoy to work collaboratively and competitively. They give their best at all times and come every day ready to learn.

I like that my students enjoy to work in groups.

I always encourage them to work together as a team and give their best to create the best work. They do it and they come up with excellent pieces of work. They are a very special group, that even though they are very different, they work together and accomplish their goals.

My Project

This easel will benefit my students and I in making instruction more interactive. It will make it easier for me to teach a concept using more visuals, manipulative, and giving them access to participate during instruction. They can also use the easel during centers time, to support letter knowledge, writing skills, vocabulary, etc.

The students will enjoy having this tool in the classroom to make instruction more fun!

It is a versatile tool that can be used in many ways in the classroom by me, and by the students! Having the easel in my classroom will provide my students support in their learning, centers time, reading and writing, and sharing.
