Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With these supplies, my students will be able to talk about the topics I teach in science through their art work, projects and labs.

My students are creative when it comes to showing what they know and learned in science.

Science gives them the chance to showcase what they know in different ways. In class, we do 3D projects, art work, labs and hands on activities.

The supplies will help them engage in the learning that they are doing in class, they will be able show their thinking, questions, and their learning through these materials.

I have a class store that the students use their Panther Paws to get candy and or snacks. They get rewarded with snacks or candy as well when they have shown what they know or learned in class.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
