This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our JROTC program is a leadership laboratory and character development program. Our program mission is to develop citizens of character. Part of our program requires each cadet to wear an issued Air Force uniform once a week for a grade. This is the largest graded component we have in our program. Of course, most of our cadets have never worn a uniform of any kind, so expecting them to be able to properly wear an Air Force uniform and look professional is somewhat challenging. These mannequins will allow our cadets to see, in person, what it looks like to wear the uniform properly from head to toe.
