Living in a 3D World

Help me give my students the opportunity to expand their learning through STEM projects via the ELEGOO Saturn S 3D resin printer and 3D rendering software.

My Project

A vast majority of my students are interested and want to learn graphic design and 3D printing. Right now, my classes can only experience graphic design through the limited software and programs we have available at the school. In class, the Elegoo 3D printer and software will provide an opportunity for the kids to create their 3D design into something tangible. This helps build self-esteem and allows them to believe in the work they have completed. 3D printing is a great tool for students as it allows them to imagine, explore, design, and produce original ideas. Getting kids to think and create constructively is a trait that can be used for the rest of their lives. As students’ skill progress, they will be able to do team and independent work to build software proficiency and practice working as a team toward a deadline. My class will be able to create these student models and share them with the younger grade levels which will help ignite a deeper interest in technology. This will enhance the environment not only in the classroom but in the school as well.
