This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have hardworking students that are very competitive. I love that they never give up, even when the work gets challenging. When I introduce new activities my students are usually eager to participate. They will be very excited about these additions to our classroom.

My Project

Due to COVID protocols, our class is restricted to 1 area of the playground for the entire week, and often times we do not have enough equipment for everyone to play. We also have limited equipment for our P.E. lessons 3x per week.

The items that I selected will give my class options for recess and P.E.

Additionally, on rainy days and bad air days when we are not allowed outside on the playground, some of these items will give us indoor options that are fun, engaging, and will get students moving.
