Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My TK students are at an important and exciting stage where they are developing early literacy, math, and problem-solving skills. My students learn best through engaging and interactive experiences that keep them motivated and curious.

iPads will allow my students access to educational apps that will support their skills in letter recognition, phonics, counting, and other pre-academic skills.

These apps can provide immediate feedback and interactive learning opportunities that help young learners to stay engaged, focused, and excited for learning.

Many of my students benefit from additional support, including those with special needs who learn best through visual and hands-on activities. iPads will provide them with another tool to access learning, practice skills at their own pace, demonstrate the knowledge they have, and stay engaged during small group instruction.

With iPads, my classroom will be a more inclusive and interactive environment where every student can build confidence and strengthen the foundational skills needed as they enter Kindergarten.
