My Project

As a first-year Pre-K teacher, I am excited to create a classroom environment where my students feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. My students are special because they are naturally curious, creative, and eager to explore the world around them. I love watching them ask questions, try new things, and develop confidence as they build new skills.

The specific items in this project will help me provide meaningful, hands-on learning experiences for my students.

Sensory tubes will encourage observation, vocabulary development, and science exploration. Calm Down Corner supplies will help students learn how to manage emotions and practice self-regulation. Wooden musical instruments will support creativity, communication, and self-expression, while magnetic blocks will strengthen fine motor skills, problem-solving, teamwork, and early STEM learning.

My goal for this project is to build a strong foundation for my students during my first year of teaching by creating engaging learning centers that encourage exploration, independence, and growth. These resources will help me provide the hands-on experiences my students need to develop academically, socially, and emotionally while preparing them for kindergarten and beyond.
