Help me give my students a little library that is fun, inviting, and that allows them to look at books with ease, and appreciate favorite authors/characters of books that they will want to read over again.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Give this project a boost!
A chain reaction of support starts with one share.
I teach an in-person PK-3 classroom of 20 students that support both general education and special education students. They love to engage with books and create their own stories by using their imagination while looking at them!
My students are curious, and want to learn all they can; so I try to promote interesting topics with books that get them excited about learning.
Our school is in a Title I district, where all of the students receive free meals, and are considered to be academically "at risk".
My Project
These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My classroom library "nook" is a place that my students really enjoy. I snuggle with them and read during center time. Every student book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and they love having the opportunities to read. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind. I think of all the theings they are interested in, and tried to accommodate that. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy their center reading time.
These board books will be used in the classroom "library nook".
They are age appropriate for my students' little hands to hold and turn pages, and will help them reinforce their concepts of print.
Having these books available will allow them to make their own choices based on what their interests are. This is a a great way to help increase their reading ability, develop a love of reading and an appreciation for their favorite authors.
