Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items I am requesting will help my students spread awareness about environmental projects on Earth Day. Students will work together to speak with student body about ways to positively impact the environment using the prize wheel. Students can learn facts and take home wildflower seeds as a prize to grow at home.

Student volunteers will collaborate on a campus clean up to spread pride and appreciation.

These items will help my students maintain an active role in maintaining their campus environment. The paper bead maker will provide an activity for younger students to learn about reuse and recycling.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
