Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students will be able to use the readers during whole group meeting, small group instruction, independent reading time or to read to a family member at home. The readers will reinforce reading skills learned in the classroom such as decoding, working with cvc words and recognizing reading patterns.

Students will be able to bring stories to life as they acts out stories in the classroom.

This will allow students to retell familiar stories in their own words and add new details or create a whole new stories with familiar characters.
