Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students attend a Title I elementary school. Most of them are bilingual, speaking English only at school or African American. Many parents/families work two or three jobs to provide the necessities at home. They want the best education for their children and to help them as much as they can. My students are hard-working, curious kids. They enjoy all hands-on activities and have a variety of interests. Our class works well together and enjoys helping each other learn. My students need a boost to learn by being supplied with some of his/her basic needs for learning. Each item I have selected will be used by students and alleviate the stress of not having the basics of what is needed to learn.
