My Project

Physical activity, such as playing soccer, lawn bowling, beanbag toss, and parachute games, helps build strong muscles and bones, improves heart health, and supports healthy growth. Regular physical activity also lowers the risk of childhood obesity and related health issues.

Physical activity increases blood flow to the brain, which helps with focus, memory, and problem-solving.

Active kids often do better in school because their brains are more alert and ready to learn.

Outdoor play and sports can reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression. Being outside, especially in nature, has a calming effect and can improve mood and overall happiness.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
