This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Teachers Pay Teachers is an amazing website that provides lessons for teachers that were created by teachers.

Often teachers can only refer to their teacher's guide and student workbooks, but the lessons and activities from Teachers Pay Teachers are way more fun and engaging for students!

When I need more student practice on fractions, I go to Teachers Pay Teachers and there are tons of activities, projects, and lessons that teachers can choose from, download, and print. I always put myself in my students' shoes and I think of different ways to make lessons more engaging and Teachers Pay Teachers has plenty to choose from.

I would like to do more project-based learning activities with my students this second half of the school year and there are project-based lessons for every subject. I have my eye on an animal research project that has all the templates ready and organized for teachers to use. By having Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards I would also be able to differentiate my teaching by looking for reading and math material below or above grade level. All of these lessons, activities, and resources would be saved and used for years to come.
