Learning Together While We Are Apart
Help me give my students the learning tools they need while we are apart!
Who knew that when we said our “see you tomorrows” March 12, that our tomorrow wouldn’t come until the 1st day of First grade of my Kindergarteners!
Although we won’t see each other In person for a while, we have a lot of learning left to do!
Although many of my students do not have regular access to technology (yet), these materials will give them a means to continue to learn and participate in the rest of the 2019-2020 school year.
This materials will serve as wonderful visual aids while teaching my students remotely. The chart paper will be great during our ELA and Math lessons to record my student’s thoughts and ideas, like we do everyday. The dry erase easel and markers will be a wonderful home base for both ELA and Math lessons.
The various books will provide my students with opportunities to participate in our read alouds, just like we did in our classroom.
The 10s frames are a familiar tool we use, and will be great when teaching subtraction and reviewing teen numbers and our addiction facts.
DonorsChoose makes it easy for anyone to help a classroom in need. Public school teachers from every corner of America create classroom project requests, and you can give any amount to the project that inspires you.
