My Students

There are many aspects that I love about my students, but the one that truly stands out is their cultivation of a family-like environment within our classroom. They want to see their peers succeed academically but also beyond the classroom. We have many students who show up to support each other at sporting events simply because they want to. Having the supplies we need for class will allow us to dive deeper into activities that build relationships that matter, such as labs.

Many of my students remember the lab part of class most and how much they were able to learn and interact with their peers during that time.

Labs cultivate a sense of community, trust, respect, and leadership; all of which students can take beyond the classroom. I appreciate your time and donation to my classroom.

My Project

These materials will help my students during the cooking labs by maintaining safety and sanitation protocols as well as organization. They will be able to take notes and keep each recipe that we do in class in their notebooks for reference that goes beyond our classroom time.

These supplies will allow my classes to approach the upcoming semester prepared and ready to learn.

My students will benefit from these items by being able to appropriately teach them the protocols regarding safety and sanitation such as hairnets, gloves, and cleaning processes.
