These materials will help my students during the cooking labs by maintaining safety and sanitation protocols as well as organization. They will be able to take notes and keep each recipe that we do in class in their notebooks for reference that goes beyond our classroom time. These supplies will allow my classes to approach the upcoming semester prepared and ready to learn. My students will benefit from these items by being able to appropriately teach them the protocols regarding safety and sanitation such as hairnets, gloves, and cleaning processes.
