My Project

Our school embraces positive reinforcement with and without tangible prizes, and especially with the younger students, it can be very beneficial. Often the teachers look for ways to “reward” the students who are following our school-wide expectations but resources are limited. These prizes would be in a school closet that teachers could access whenever they needed to give a tangible prize to a particular student or group of students. Hopefully, this would encourage many more students to achieve and follow our schoolwide expectations. The prizes would be a good variety and appeal to the younger students at my school who especially need more regular recognition as they learn appropriate learning behaviors.
