My Project

Hello!

I have created this DonorsChoose project to help keep my students safe within my classroom.

I am a first year teacher, and I teach Kindergarten and 1st grade special education. Throughout the year as I have been learning more and more about my students, I am also learning what materials I could provide with them in the classroom to keep them safe. I have hard floors in my room, and would love to have more foam tiles. I do have a few that I purchased myself, but would like to expand as it will cover up more flooring. I have a few students that will drop to the ground when they are frustrated, and I worry with how hard my floors are. I am very grateful for DonorsChoose and all the support that I have been blessed with so far! Thank you for believing in myself, and providing great resources for my students!
