My Project

Our library is a place where curiosity grows, and readers begin to see themselves as lifelong learners. Each week, our students visit the library, searching for books that spark their interest and keep them turning pages. Many of our most eager readers gravitate toward popular book series, where familiar characters and exciting storylines encourage them to read more frequently and with greater confidence. However, our collection currently has gaps—missing titles and incomplete series—that make it difficult for students to continue the stories they love. This project will help us replace lost copies and add new installments so that every child can stay engaged in their reading journey.

Book series play an important role in developing young readers.

When students connect with characters and story worlds, they are more likely to continue reading from one book to the next, fostering engagement and comprehension along the way. By stocking our shelves with complete series, we can sustain that excitement and motivation!

With your support, we can provide our students with access to the books they are asking for—titles that will keep them hooked, challenged, and proud of their progress. Completing these series will allow every child, from emerging readers to more fluent readers, to experience the joy of finishing what they start and continuing on to the next chapter. Your generosity will help us build a collection that not only meets students where they are, but also inspires them to keep going, turning one book into many and creating a community of enthusiastic, lifelong readers.
