Over several weeks, students save their earnings and then exchange them for prizes they choose themselves. One memorable moment was watching students carefully count their dollars, compare prices, and help one another decide what they could afford—all while practicing English authentically and confidently.\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, their reactions were priceless. Their eyes lit up with excitement, and many asked questions right away, using new vocabulary to describe the toys and express their preferences. Students who are often quiet or hesitant became eager to participate, knowing their effort truly mattered. The toys quickly became more than rewards; they became tools for motivation, confidence, and connection.\r\nThese resources continue to support our current lessons focused on speaking, listening, and real‑world language skills. What we had on the shelves before were books dating back to the 1980s and 1990s and while the mythology stories haven't changed in those books, the publications, illustrations, and retellings have been updated.
