My Project

My students come from all different socio-economic backgrounds and their parents are unable to provide them with basic supplies. Therefore, DonorsChoose is the way I bring all the supplies to my classroom that my students need in order to grow and thrive. They have a wide range of abilities some have more needs than others. I do not want to have to ask my parents for anything, not even tissues.

Each school presents a new challenge and this year basic supplies are crucial.

Every year paper towels are so important in my classroom. I want to make sure we have enough to meet our scholars' needs before the school year ends. We want to make sure our classroom is filled with the basics the students need like Post-it notes. We currently have used up our Sharpie markers and use these on a daily basis. We are teaching our scholars how to use highlighters as they prepare for the next grade!

I also included copy paper because we need it to print our published writing papers for our informational reports.
