Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our high school softball team is requesting some additional hitting equipment that will help us grow offensively. First, we are requesting money for a Perfect Swing Path Trainer that will help our girls level out to having that perfect swing. This is a unique piece of equipment that will bring fresh learning to our girls. We are also requesting some Macgregor safe training balls that we can use for small drills or indoors when bad weather comes our way. We are requesting the PowerNet Crushers that we can hit when we are traveling or indoors. We are requesting two Tanner Tees that are hands down the best quality that will last for many hitting sessions to come. Pitching machine balls need to be replaced yearly so we are requesting an additional dozen. Lastly, we are requesting a set of swivel-hitting vision goggles to help our girls see the ball better at the plate.

These resources will hopefully lead us to higher batting averages and higher success.
