This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Interactive notebooks allow students to take ownership of their learning and organize in a way that makes sense to them. Research has shown that we retain more information when notes are written down on paper, as opposed to typing or completing work online.

I teach at a Title I school and this donation ensures that neither my students nor myself have to purchase these with our own money.
