This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

HOLA! Welcome to our exciting initiative to foster creativity and artistic learning in third grade! I teach 38 curious and creative third graders from Spanish-speaking homes.

We are seeking the generous support of donors like you to create a lettering station in our third grade classroom, providing students with essential tools to explore the wonderful world of letter art.

Our goal is to acquire a variety of markers to establish a multifunctional lettering station that benefits both our art lessons and other curriculum areas. The specialized markers will allow children to experiment with different writing styles and express their creativity in a unique way.

These markers will not only be used in the art class but will also be a valuable tool for enhancing writing and expression skills in other subjects. They will create a fun and educational environment where students can develop fine motor skills and creativity while learning.

Benefits of Lettering:

Lettering is not only fun but also offers significant educational benefits. It improves hand-eye coordination, stimulates imagination, and fosters concentration. Additionally, it provides children with the opportunity to discover and enjoy the art of writing in a unique and exciting way.
