This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students love to be rewarded and it also increases class participation. Rewarding students makes them eager to learn and promotes participation. With a positive classroom environment, students are motivated to make good choices in order to earn coins which they can redeem for rewards, which instantly increases instructional time.
These fun and very cool pens, stickers, and other amazing learning incentives will provide my students with something to work toward as well.
Students love working in class for prizes and rewards. The variety of class incentives will help my students stay engaged throughout the entire school year. Students will be able to pick an egg from a basket to improve their grades in the class or on a quiz/test. They will be rewarded also for improving attendance and participating in class. This will help hone in on academic and personal skills as we try to prepare our students for the real world!
These are tiny rewards but it works. All these sweet goodies help students to stay motivated! Thank you for your support.
