My Project

I am asking for a printer for my office to support the instructional needs of my biology students and improve the efficiency of my daily teaching responsibilities. As a biology teacher, I regularly create and print a large volume of materials, including guided notes, laboratory activities, projects, worksheets, classroom activities, assessments/ tests.

Having a printer in my office would make a significant difference in both instructional efficiency and student support.

A dedicated printer would allow me to: print materials immediately when needed, improve efficiency- having the printer nearby would eliminate the time spent walking to and waiting at the communal printer allowing me to use that time more productively, provide more engaging instructional materials- the ability to print in color would be especially beneficial in biology, where diagrams, models, images, and visual representations are an important part of instruction. Most importantly having this printer will help me better support student needs. I could quickly print additional copies, differentiated materials, replacement materials, or supplemental resources for students as needs arise.
