Imagination to Innovation: 3D Printing

Help me give my students a Bambu Lab A1 3D printer to help enhance problem solving skills in our 3-5 AIG Classroom.

My Project

Help my students turn their creativity and curiosity into reality with a classroom 3D Printer and supplies. My 3rd-5th grade AIG students are full of curiosity, creativity, and big ideas. They love asking questions, solving problems, and finding new ways to understand the world around them. I want to give them the opportunity to take their ideas beyond their imagination and turn them into something they can actually see and touch.

A classroom 3D printer would allow my students to become creators, designers, and problem-solvers.

Instead of only reading about concepts or discussing possible solutions, student will be able to design, build, test, and problem solve to improve their own creations.

This hands-on tool will support learning across many areas including science, math, engineering, technology, and creative writing. Students can create models to show their understanding, design solutions to real-world problems, explore 3D shapes and measurement, and work through STEM challenges using the engineering design process.

My AIG student enjoy being challenged, and a 3D printer will provide them with the opportunity to think creatively, collaborate with classmates, and learn through trial and error. They will develop important skills like perseverance, problem-solving, and innovation while having fun creating something meaningful.
