Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I teach in an inner-city, Title 1 school. The students that are in my class come from very diverse backgrounds. My students some times lack the necessary items to make them successful during the day and I want to help them grow as much as I can.

The project will provide my classroom with different items that my students lack or that I think will help them keep themselves and our classroom organized.

I believe when we set the students up with the materials to be successful then we will see them grow more than we ever thought possible.
