Help me give my students snacks to help them get through the long school day and keep their focus on learning.

I teach at a STEAM model school that incorporates performing arts, visual arts, coding, computer science, financial literacy, and social-emotional learning within its curriculum. Our urban school receives federal funding for programs that provide free breakfast and lunch for every student, and Title I services to economically-disadvantaged boys and girls. We are a class that includes military families, gifted/talented students, ESL/ELL students, inclusion/special education students, and the tech-savvy. My students are energetic and very busy within the classroom. Even with parental support, I would love to say that my students have everything that they need to be successful but they don't.
We focus on problem-based and project-based learning taking place within our "Castle on the Hill".
Our innovators will be developing new mindsets that will embrace critical thinking, communication, creative thinking, citizenship, collaboration, and culture. They will have a guiding hand in defining their education while being problem-solvers in a flexible, educational setting. Building a community of global citizens is what we are excited about!
As we return back to school from Winter Break, my students will have to adjust once again to eating breakfast at 7:30 in the morning and going to lunch at 10:30 with dismissal, not until 2:45. That four-hour gap in time is too long for my second graders to stay focused when they are hungry. During the first semester, some parents tried to contribute snacks for the entire class. But with 120 days in a school year times 20 students, it is almost impossible to ask for 2400 individual snack items. So I am requesting a variety of snack items that my students will be able to have for the rest of this school year. Knowing that my students have allergic reactions to seafood, nuts, beans, and red dye, I have tried my best to choose snacks that all students will enjoy, and keep them safe and healthy during our afternoon brain breaks. These snacks will keep them focused on their learning and fill their grumbling bellies.
