Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are wonderful. They are struggling with reading due to the pandemic. My students are reading with decodable readers. Several are ready to start reading a chapter book, but they still need practice with the phonics rules.

These chapter books allow for success.

They give students the perfect text to be successful. They have been used with dyslexic learners. From here, they can become proficient readers.

Thank you for giving my students the books they need in their hands this year. The budgets are spent at the school site, but the need is still very real.
