My Students

I love to see my students achieve greatness. It is rewarding to see their desire to learn more and be accepting of different cultures through literature and through their peers. It is even more rewarding to see students invent new things and exercise their critical thinking skills through mathematics.

My students are growing and learning in the same small, tight-knit, school community that inspired me to be a teacher.

They are dreamers, thinkers, talkers, and questioners. They are mini inspirations to themselves and others around them, even if they don't know it yet. They are budding ambassadors, world travelers, scientists, entrepreneurs, doctors, teachers, etc. They are our future and I want to give them a fair and great start to their long successful career.

My Project

These various hygiene products such as deodorants, toothpaste, hair gel, and bonnets will help to boost students' confidence as they transition into puberty. In addition, these materials will also be used for learning from home. It is important that students continue to take care of their physical health as well as their mental health. The deodorant will be used to help students feel refreshed after physical education class and it will be used for students who struggle with their home lives and may need to freshen up when they come to school. Likewise, the toothbrush, lotion, and head-wraps will be used for students who have unstable homes and need to fix up when they come to school so they will not be bullied in school. These products will help students avoid developing low self-esteem because they are unable to have access to hygiene products.
