Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For this project I am requesting animal non-fiction text that will help my students with our informational and opinion writing units. My first graders love all type of animals and I want them to have a variety of text in Spanish they can actually read and comprehend.

All the books I have selected have been with my little first graders in mind and these are books that will benefit all my students as they continue to develop their reading and comprehension skills.

With these books my students will be able to provide more detail in their writing about a specific animal and at the same time enjoy a new and informative book. Thank you in advance for supporting my classroom and my students love for reading!
