This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our students are amazing. Their home lives are atypical and do not give them the best opportunity to succeed, but you wouldn't know it.

Our students are kind and value relationships with their peers and teachers.

They are deserving of tools that will help them get out of their neighborhood and allow them to gain skills necessary to come back to help others, like them, achieve great things. They need a little bit of help from you to make their school experience match what's happening in the real world.

My Project

We are currently working with a small set of Chromebooks that sit within our classrooms in locked cabinets and have to be carried by students to the next classroom.

Having a mobile cart will make it much more convenient for the students and teachers to get them to their destination safely and efficiently.

We have a two story building and a wonderful elevator that we can use to move the cart from the top floor to the bottom floor and vice versa rather than worry about these Chromebooks in the hands of students walking up and down stairs!

The Chromebooks will have a more secure and organized location for the future which will make it easier for everyone!
