My Project

What I love about my students is their desire and eagerness to learn, evolve and expand. I created the yoga room to help my students and to teach them yoga, breathwork and meditation. I believe now is the most important time for them to learn to center themselves and to understand how to properly breath and properly relax. What a great way by incorporating these meditation pillows.

My students love this yoga program and I want them to have the full experience and this would help them do so.
