Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Starting the year with essential school supplies lays the ground work for a successful school year! Many of my students are immigrants, refugees, or English language learners that have a tough time affording supplies. Most rely on the school to provide everyday resources and supplies to use in the classroom.

Thinking ahead for the new school year, I would like to alleviate the stress of purchasing such resources and support my students' everyday learning with new and fresh classroom supplies.

By having these supplies, I can ensure the success of every student in my classroom and that they need for nothing! Students who have the supplies they need are more motivated and may feel more comfortable and safe in their need learning environment.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
