My Students

My class is a vibrant and fun class. They like to talk! They are navigating school in the third year of a pandemic like champs. They are hard workers who know that they want to succeed and work hard to do so.

My class is full of fun kids.

We love to laugh and sing in my class. Moana and Encanto can be heard coming from our class regularly. I want my kids to know that they can be successful and have fun at the same time.

My Project

The pandemic years have caused gaps in most students math knowledge. My class is no exception. We have been working very hard this year to master fractions and decimals, but some students continue to struggle. If we had math manipulatives to help us visualize what we are talking about I'm sure we could better master the concepts we're learning. Manipulatives also make math more fun and engaging. All students do better when they are better engaged. These manipulatives will bless my students lives as it pertains to their math proficiency.
