Help My Students Catch on Fire!

Help me give my students rewards for showing their FIRE (Focus, Integrity, Respect/Responsibility, and Empathy) and things to help with building community and help with sensory processing.

My Project

The last couple of years we have had struggles with behaviors in our school. We want to reward our students for showing their good behavior by being focused scholars in the classroom, kind to others throughout the school, and using integrity when no one else is around. Our school uses the acronym of FIRE (focus, integrity, respect/responsibility, and empathy) to help remind our students how to behave at school and in our community. When our students are caught showing their "FIRE" they get rewarded with "embers" to use towards a class reward. Some of our students go above and beyond.

Most of the items in my project will be used towards rewards for the students who go above and beyond, while the rest will be used to help those students who may need a little extra help getting there.

The capes and masks will be used for students who graduate from Superflex academy which helps students learn expected vs. unexpected behaviors. The cardstock will be used to help students make wheels of choice and coping skills cards to help with making good choices. Please help me reward our students who are showing their FIRE and encourage those who need a little extra help or incentive to catch FIRE.
