Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These "BackJack" yoga chairs will help my 3rd-grade special education students remain focused on the rug during large group lessons. These chairs will help my sweet students keep still and make it easier for them to concentrate on my teacher/classroom lessons.

Kids love these chairs and in the past they have proven to help students with special needs immensely.

The more they are able to concentrate in class, the more academic progress they will make. These awesome chairs are durable, and long-lasting and will stay in my classroom for years to come.

A classroom should be a welcoming place where students are comfortable enough to put all their attention towards learning. With the hard floor as seating, my students often avoid tasks that require a lot of sitting still, like large group lessons. With your help, I can transform their learning experience by providing an inviting, comfy seating option!
