My Project

The materials that I am requesting for my students will benefit my class for this upcoming school year as well as many years to come. These items will give my Kindergarteners options for flexible seating throughout the day. Our classrooms are outfitted with traditional tables and chairs.

More and more we are seeing students' needs changing and I would love to be able to give them more freedom to sit where they are most comfortable and best able to focus and learn.

This project would allow for four flexible seating soft cushioned stools to be used on the rug or with a floor table. It would also give them the opportunity to have two wobble stools for table work and four lap desks to use around the room. In addition to these options I am also requesting a dry erase table and child sized chairs where students can work on letter formation and writing in a fun and interactive way!

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
