My Students

My students are eager to accompany melodies they are singing with harmonies using Orff instruments like the xylophone and glockenspiel! They love to sing, but any time they can get their hands on an instrument they are in heaven! These instruments I want to purchase with your generous donation are special because each individual student can play multiple pitches at one time, creating harmony!

My Project

Students will be able to find joy and increase their musical knowledge with these instruments. The xylophones will be able to played by multiple students even during COVID, utilizing proper sanitation. The opportunity to accompany a melody using a multi-pitched instrument is special and one these students will smile about when experiencing!

Covid has been trying for these students, and any way to bring "live" experiences to them through this pandemic is golden!

The music they will be able to make with these instruments will provide more advanced musical instruction to their growing body of musical knowledge.
