Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Music is one of the strongest avenues available to schools working in social and emotional learning for post covid trauma students. Music touches every aspect of a child's daily life.

Making music in our guitar and recording arts classes helps children daily.

Our equipment does get old and break from so much daily use. Capos are small and easy to lose but that "loss" is to children who are making music at home and will be for life.

The headphones we have now are peeling and leaving black marks on our faces. Thank you for your help!
